This Information is intended to allow the User accessing to the Website to know how personal data are processed by Bonomelli as data controller ("Data Controller").
1. Processing of personal data
1.1 User's personal data shall processed by the Data Controller in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003", Personal Data Protection Code ("Code") as subsequently amended and supplemented.
1.2 The processing of User's personal data (such as name, postal address, e-mail, etc.), shall occur in accordance with principles of fairness, legality and clarity, in compliance with the User's privacy and rights and, by way of example and without limitation, for the following purposes:
(i) as necessary for the fulfilment of obligations under the applicable law, regulations, and community norms;
(ii) for contractual, administrative and accounting purposes (contract management, customer management, fulfilment of tax, accounting and legal obligations);
(iii) related to commercial activities (such as mail orders, marketing and advertising, promotional activities, historical research and statistical analysis, newsletters)
(iv) performance of contractually agreed activities;
(v) purposed related to internal operational or management need of the Data Controller, accounting included;
(vi) communication of business information on new offers of products and/or services of the Data Controller and/or any parent, subsidiaries and/or associated companies thereof or with which the Data Controller has entered into trade agreements, in order to verify the customers' satisfaction level as to products and services.
It is understood that, for the aforementioned purposes, the Data Controller may transfer the so collected data abroad (even outside the territory of the European Economic Area).
1.3 As to the provided personal data, the Data Subject can always exercise its rights under Article 7 of the Code (Right to access personal data and other rights) according to which:
1 The Data Subject has the right to obtain the confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The Data Subject is entitled to obtain information as to:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing performed with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the Data Controller, the Data Processors and the Appointed Representative under Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) subjects or categories of subjects whom the data may be communicated to or who may have knowledge thereof in their quality as Appointed Representative for the territory of the State, Data Processors or Persons in charge of data processing.
3. The Data Subject is entitled to obtain:
a) update, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) cancellation, anonymization or blocking of any data unlawfully processed, including data whose storage is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the acts specified under letters a) and b) above have been notified, also as regards their content, to the subjects to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, unless this proves to be impossible or involves a clearly disproportionate use of means with respect to the protected right.
4. The Data Subject is entitled, also partially, to:
a) oppose to the processing of its personal data for legitimate reasons, even if pertinent for the collection purposes;
b) oppose to the processing of its personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market researches or commercial communication.
Even if consent has been given, the User may oppose to the processing of its data for the purposes referred to in point b).
1.4 The data provided by the User for the aforementioned purposes shall be mainly processed by using automated, computerized and electronic methods suitable to store, manage and transmit data, in compliance with the applicable confidentiality and security laws, in presence of Data Subject's consent.
1.5 The provision of personal data is optional.
1.6 Data may be communicated, for purposes similar to those mentioned above, to consultants, professionals, external specialized service companies or other entities of the Data Controller's sector which, operating under the direct authority of the latter, are appointed as Data Processors or Persons in charge of data processing under Articles 29 and 30 of the Code ("Data Processors") and which shall receive suitable operational instructions accordingly; the same shall occur for Data Processors' employees or collaborators, under the supervision of the Data Processors as appointed by the Data Controller.
