  • 250g fresh mascarpone
  • 3 very fresh egg yolks
  • CANNAMELA Oro Line Ground Cinnamon
  • 70g icing sugar
  • 90g whipped cream sweetened with 10g icing sugar
  • 10 biscuits

In a bowl, whip the egg yolks with the sugar until stiff and firm.

Add the beaten egg yolks to the mascarpone (already processed separately) and mix until the mixture is perfectly blended.

Flavour the mascarpone mixture with a level teaspoon of CANNAMELA Oro Line ground cinnamon.

Incorporate the sweetened whipped cream, stirring gently from the bottom upwards.

Place the mascarpone in the piping bag and pipe into the small glasses.

Decoration: complete the desserts with a biscuit and a sprinkling of CANNAMELA Oro Line ground cinnamon.
