  • 3 ripe Hass avocados
  • 2 vine tomatoes
  • 1 lime, the juice
  • 1 red Tropea onion
  • Cannamela Oro Line crushed chilli pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste

Wash the tomatoes, cut in half, remove the seeds, then dice.

Peel the onion and chop finely.

Peel the avocados, remove the stones and cut into cubes, then transfer to the blender.

Add the lime juice, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the avocado cream into a bowl. Add the diced tomatoes and chopped onion, then mix.

Finish with a sprinkling of Cannamela crushed chilli pepper.
