Organic Sicilian ginger and rosemary chicken with black rice

  • 600 g diced chicken breast
  • 1 large onion
  • flour
  • 2 teaspoons Cannamela Organic ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cannamela Organic Sicilian ginger
  • 1 teaspoon CANNAMELA lemon grass leaves
  • vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Cannamela Grinder Cap iodized salt
  • 180 g boiled black rice

Dip the chicken pieces in flour.

In a saucepan, stew the finely chopped onion in oil, adding a drop of water if required.

Add the floured chicken breast, mix with the onion, brown, then flavour with Cannamela Organic ginger, Cannamela Organic Sicilian rosemary and Cannamela lemon grass.

Pour in the stock, add more salt to taste and cook (for about 15-20 min). Serve the chicken with the boiled black rice.
