The Cannamela Freeze-Dried products are the result of a careful process that removes water from the raw materials, retaining all their organoleptic and nutritional qualities. They are a real concentrate of flavour: our Freeze-Dried Garlic, for example, contains 27 g, which we obtain from no less than 135 g of fresh garlic.
Always ready to use, simply moisten them with water to recapture all the taste of fresh herbs.
