  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 100 g flour
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 30 g corn oil
  • 1 egg
  • Half a teaspoon baking powder
  • salt
  • 60 g coarsely chopped nuts
  • 1 level teaspoon Cannamela Organic ground cinnamon
  • 20 g chocolate chips
  • 4 Cannamela cardamom pods
  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cannamela Organic ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Cannamela freeze dried ginger

Add the flour, oat flakes, brown sugar, baking powder and salt to a bowl.

Add the oil. Break the egg and mix the ingredients.

Divide the dough into three parts.

Add the nuts and Cannamela organic ground cinnamon to one part of the dough.

Open the CANNAMELA cardamom pods and crush the seeds. Add the chocolate chips and cardamom powder to the second part of the mixture.

Add the mixed seeds, the Cannamela organic ground ginger and the Cannamela freeze dried ginger, moistened with water, to the third part of the dough.

Take small portions of the dough (approx. 30 g), place them spaced out on the baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180° for 10-12 mins.

Once baked, place the biscuits on a wire rack to cool.
