  • 800 g diced beef
  • 400g chopped onions
  • 20g tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons CANNAMELA spicy paprika
  • salt to taste
  • 20g extra virgin olive oil
  • 5g potato starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon CANNAMELA ground black pepper
  • 600g potatoes

Brown the onions in oil until golden..

Add the meat and tomato paste.

Brown well over a high heat and season with CANNAMELA spicy paprika and salt.

Cover with water, add half a teaspoon of CANNAMELA ground black pepper and leave to cook for 2 hours.

After cooking for 60 mins, add the peeled and roughly chopped potatoes to the meat.

Ten minutes before the meat is cooked, thicken the cooking juices with potato starch if desired.

A tip
: if you want to mellow your recipe, replace the Cannamela spicy paprika with the same amount of Cannamela sweet paprika.
