Preparation

Crackers: mix the flour rapidly with the yeast, salt, CANNAMELA ground black pepper, butter cubes, then add the egg yolk and the water.

Place the dough wrapped in cling film in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Roll out the pastry dough and cut out the crackers with a Ø 6 cm festooned pastry cutter. Transfer them to baking trays lined with baking paper. Brush the crackers with beaten egg and sprinkle with CANNAMELA chia seeds.

Bake at 180° for 15 min, then remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Cheese pâté: flavour the cheese with CANNAMELA paprika and season to taste with salt.

Asparagus pâté: blend the asparagus with the ricotta cheese and season to taste with salt.

Tuna pâté: blend the tuna with the mayonnaise and season to taste with salt.

Serve the crackers with the pâté.
