  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 2 Cannamela whole star anises
  • 50 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 40 g unsweetened cocoa
  • 350 ml cow's or plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • CANNAMELA ground chilli pepper

White chocolate with cinnamon: pour the milk, Cannamela ground cinnamon, sugar and starch into a saucepan. Place the saucepan over the heat and, when the mixture starts to thicken, add the chopped white chocolate. Stir well and turn off. Pour the chocolate into the cups and enrich to taste with Cannamela ground cinnamon.

Milk chocolate and aniseed: pour the boiling milk into a saucepan, add the Cannamela whole star anise, leave to infuse for 30 mins, then remove the aniseed. Add the sugar and starch to the milk. Place the saucepan over the heat and, when the mixture starts to thicken, add the chopped milk chocolate. Stir well and turn off. Pour the chocolate into the cups.

Dark chocolate with chilli: pour the milk, Cannamela ground chilli, sugar, starch and cocoa into a saucepan. Place the saucepan over the heat and, when the mixture starts to thicken, add the chopped dark chocolate. Stir well and turn off. Pour the chocolate into the cups and sprinkle with Cannamela ground chilli to taste.
